TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By browsing the Easy Street Logos (www.easystreetlogos.com) website and/or purchasing services you agree to be legally bound by these conditions. We reserve the right to change them at any time. OWNERSHIP You own the final artwork of your finished logo, provided you have paid for services in full and have not requested a refund. Easy Street Logos is allowed to display your logo in portfolios and other advertising/marketing materials. Concepts not chosen are owned by the proprietors of easystreetlogos.com

DELIVERY OF INITIAL CONCEPTS

Three (3) initial concepts will in most cases be delivered within five (5) business days of receiving payment and a completed logo design questionnaire. Certain circumstances may delay delivery, such as if our designers wish to speak with you to clarify anything and events outside of our control. We retain the right to delay delivery. Initial concepts will be delivered via email to the email address you provide.

REVISIONS

Once you choose one (1) of your three (3) initial concepts, you will be allowed up to three (3) revisions to finalize your logo design. Once you have reviewed your initial concepts and have requested your first revision, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Revision time largely depends on how soon you request additional revisions. All revisions and refunds must be requested within thirty (30) days of initial concept delivery. Revised versions will be delivered via email to the email address you provide.

FINAL DELIVERIES

After the final revision, you will be sent via email your finished logo in multiple formats: Illustrator (AI), Photoshop, GIF, JPG, TIFF, and PNG formats in BOTH full color and greyscale

ADDITIONAL REVISIONS

You may purchase additional revisions upon request.

LOGO GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY

You may request a refund at any time before requesting your first revision. All refunds must be requested within thirty (30) days of receiving your initial concepts. You are not eligible for a refund if you change the scope or name of your company in any way, if thirty (30) days have passed since we sent your initial concepts and/or if you have requested any revisions. Refunds are not extended to design firms, agencies or any entity that orders logo design on behalf of another. If you request a refund, you agree that the granted refund constitutes complete remedy of any issues you have. If a refund is granted, you may not use your logo design, concepts or any other materials provided in any way. We reserve the right to decide whether you are eligible for a refund.

LEGAL USE

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have full legal rights to use your organziation name and the logo we provide. We will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.  You hereby indemnify the owners of Easy Street Logos, their affiliates, their designers from any legal responsiblity, agree not to sue any of these parties for any reason and, if legal action is taken against these parties for any dealings with you, you agree to pay all legal, travel, lodge, lost wages and other fees.

CHARGEBACKS

Easy Street Logos will assess a $35 processing fee in the event of a charge back. Client will also be liable for all collection and legal expenses incurred in the collection of funds owed to us for services rendered or breach of contract.

LEGAL DISPUTES

You hereby agree and consents to venue in Auglaize County, Ohio, USA, in the event of any legal action regarding these Terms and Conditions or of any copyright enforcement regarding the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
